All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at mitchssketchbook@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective products. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during shipping.

If your refund request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
